Recap December 2016

First of I want to wish everyone a happy new year!

In Recap I will tell you guys what I read this month, what books I bought this month and how far I am with my Goodreads Reading Challenge. Even though I thought I would not be able to double my Goodread Goal, I noticed I had noted my reading of the first 15 episodes of W.I.T.C.H. I thought they were bundled by 5, but instead each was seperate. So I did reach 140 novels/novellas/comics.

Read

After watching Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, I read the Screenplay by J.K. Rowling. From that moment on my reading got a bit all over the place with Living Dead in Dalles by Charlaine Harris, A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas, The Grisha trilogy by Leigh Bardugo, The Time Machine by H.G. Wells, Rising Action by Kieron Gillen and Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi. I also read episodes 6 to 15 of the W.I.T.C.H. comics by Elizabeth Lenhard and others. I also joined in the blogtour for Diane Moat’s The Guardian of the Way, which I enjoyed a lot!

Bought

I bought one single book this month, which was Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them | The Screenplay by J.K. Rowling.

Goodread Reading Challenge

Because of all the things with the W.I.T.C.H. comics I got to 140 books/comics this year. Of which 102 new reads, only 29 were of the list I made at the beginning of the year. And 38 rereads, 20 of the list I made at the start of the year.

My Goodreads Reading Goal is going to be 100 books and I will not make a list of books I am going to read, because I think it is restricting me in what I want to read. But this morning I already ran into the problem what I want to read today. We will see if this works better for me.

Well wishes and see you next time!

For now, let books enrich your life!
