Recap January 2018

Recap January 2018

In Recap I will tell you guys what I read this month and how far I am with my Goodreads Reading Challenge.

Wow, the first month of 2018 is already over! I have been spending a lot of time on reading, since I don’t have a job right now and I am busy moving. Here is what I read this month.

Read

I started the year out by reading The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli on January 1st in the early morning. And the last book of January two days ago in the late evening, which was A Feast for Crows by George R.R. Martin. In between I also read City of Fallen Angels and City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare, Origin by Dan Brown, Saga Vol. 8 by Brian K. Vaughan, Our Dark Duet by V.E. Schwab, Runaways Vol. 2 by Brian K. Vaughan, Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie, Lyra’s Oxford by Philip Pullman, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde and Coraline by Neil Gaiman.

I also read a bunch of releases of January 2018: Batman: Nightwalker by Marie Lu, Zenith by Sasha Alsberg & Lindsay Cummings, Everless by Sara Holland, Iron Gold by Pierce Brown and The Wicked + The Divine Vol. 6: Imperial Phase Part 2 by Kieron Gillen.

Goodread Reading Challenge

So I already finished 18 books of which I have already found two very disappointing books. But most were good to great.

I am happy with my progress up until this point, so maybe I can keep this up. Especially if I can keep reading so many new releases.
