Will we die, just a little
I have been to the cinema last Friday and saw this movie. I had been itching to buy this book as soon as I had seen the movie. And so I did.

I give Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them – The Screenplay four out of five stars because I think the story was okay, but I also do think there were some very big holes I do think J.K. Rowling could have filled up.
Newt is lovely and cute. Where as I did not care for his book I love him during this book. His knowledge of the American Wizarding World is so little that it is funny. But he cares for the creatures in his suitecase.
Queenie to me is one of those characters I do like, she is one of those people that seem too sweet. Of course that is hard to picture from just lines on a piece of paper, but the things that are added as to in which way it has to be said and such are very sweet.
But my biggest problem with the screenplay is that if I had read it before I had seen the movie it would have ruined the complete movie experience for me. It was very clear Graves was the bad guy and Credence was more involved with the appearance of the Obscurial. Of course it is necessary because it literally the script.
Overall it is great story. I would love to read a real novel of this story.
The Movie
I liked the movie, the actors were great and their performances were good. There were not too many spoilers during the movie on the end. My biggest problem was with the relationship Crevence and Graves have. Out of the blue the two start talking to each other as if everybody knew the two were looking for the Obscurial. This bothered me a lot.
I love Eddie Redmayne as Newt, I like the actor. He is very good at taking up a role and completely committing to it. I loved him in The Theory of Everything.
The actresses that play the Goldstein sisters are not very known to me. The only other two actors I knew where in there before I went to the cinema were Colin Farrell and Johnny Depp. So it was a nice surprise to recognise Ezra Miller as Credence and Ron Perlman’s face in Gnarlack. I liked that.
So together the package of the movie and the script are a great experience. And very enjoyable. The script is not really a must read for Harry Potter fanatics, but it is a nice extra.
