Please H.A.M.M.E.R., Don’t Hurt ‘Em
I really start to really enjoy reading comic books every so often. They are reads with less depth, but they are easy to read.

Synopsis
Never one to say “die,” Norman Osborn is keeping what’s left of HIS X-Men alive. MYSTIQUE! DARK BEAST! WEAPON OMEGA! MIMIC! They are the public face of mutants in an Osborn world. And what a face they are! But what does Nate Grey, a.k.a. X-MAN, have to do with it?
I give Dark X-Men by Paul Cornell three out of five stars. I liked it, but it wasn’t what I expected. I thought it would be much darker, but is was mostly just a light hard story about evil acting as goodguys.
Also each time one goes into a new chapter, the characters are introduced all over again. The captions are different every time, but it gets a bit annoying after a few times. Because the existing characters don’t change and not many new characters are introduced.
The drawing style of the comic is pretty realistic, which I like most usually. I don’t know what I expected when I opened it. But I felt the story was a bit lacking, it could have been better.
I don’t know what to say more. The characters don’t have character development, due to the lack of depth. But that is to be expected, which is overall the thing I like most about reading. I think there a much better X-men comics. And better other comics.
