Recap June 2017

We are past the first half of 2017! Time went by so fast. If I didn’t know any better I would think it was still March or something else early in the year. I tried this month to read a novel every weekend, which I have not always been successful at, but it is fine.

Read

I read King’s Cage by Victoria Aveyard, The Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco, The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch, Vicious & This Savage Song by Victoria Schwab (aka V.E. Schwab) and a couple of short stories from the Tor.com website: Warm Up by V.E. Schwab, The Witch of Duva by Leigh Bardugo and The Little Android, The Queens Army and Glitches by Marissa Meyer

Goodreads Reading Challenge

Right now my counter is at 76 stories, of which 18 standalones, 5 short stories, 30 first novels in a series, 11 second and third novels in a series, 1 fourth and fifth or higher novel in a series. Inheritance by Christopher Paolini is still the novel with the most pages, but will be overtaken next month by A Storm of Swords by George R.R. Martin, because I have started with that this month.
