Recap August 2016

In Recap I will tell you guys what I read this month, what books I bought this month and how far I am with my Goodreads Reading Challenge.

Read

This month I finished with the Divergent series, with Insurgent and Allegiant by Veronica Roth. In between these two books I also started on A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket, by first reading The Bad Beginning and later in the month The Reptile Room and The Wide Window. To completely wrap up the Divergent Universe I read the stories in the book Four: The Transfer, The Iniciate, The Son and The Traitor. I also read Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by J.K. Rowling, Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern and Shaman of Stonewylde by Kit Berry.

Bought

This month I did a very small haul. I bought The Heir, The Crown and Happily Ever After by Kiera Cass, The complete Daughter of Smoke and Bones series by Laini Taylor and Spiegelkinderen by Kim Houtkamp. The last book I bought because Kim is my best friend and I really wanted to get her book even though it is Dutch and for middel graders.

Goodread Reading Challenge

Reading all these book this month, brings me to a total of 95 books this year, of which 20 rereads,
24 reads from my TBR list and the rest are books I never planned on reading them!
